Refund and Returns Policy

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on www.pdhobbyshop.com.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your purchase within 30 days of purchase, for a store credit.

You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item(s) or issue you a store credit for a future purchase.

An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase subject to the following requirements:

  • Item must be in original, un-opened package and not physically damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Item must be complete and not be missing any parts or accessories.
  • Item must match exactly what was ordered.
  • Return shipping cost is to be paid by the purchaser of the item.
  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Electrical items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
